Being recognized by Black Leaders Worldwide™ as a 2026 “Men to Watch” recipient for the third consecutive year is deeply humbling. This award serves as a meaningful moment to reflect on a shared journey of growth.

From the opening of Great River Children's Museum in 2025 to the continued development of Human Factor Leadership in 2026, none of these milestones were reached alone. Leadership is ultimately about the people we serve and the community we build together. I'm incredibly grateful to my family and peers for their support as we continue this work in the year ahead.
