ST. CLOUD — Six deaths in Central Minnesota health facilities were tied to neglect claims substantiated by the state Department of Health in the past three years.
Advocacy group Elder Voice Family Advocates has pulled three years of state records to show how pervasive elder abuse is in different regions, including 150 investigations in Central Minnesota into numerous financial and other abuse allegations and several incidents resulting in death.
