Sometimes life experience is a painful teacher. If I ever wondered about the quality of eldercare or the pervasiveness of ageism, no longer! The reality hit me when my mother’s life was upended by a fall.
Mom never gave up the spirit to keep on living. Her faith, family and determination taught me to never give up the fight for the Elderly. Heaven is a better place today because of her.
